Implementation Consultant — ERP
Take manufacturing and distribution customers from kickoff to go-live — data migration, configuration and floor-level training.
Implementation consultants are the reason our rollouts land. You will run three to four accounts at a time, working with finance and operations leads to map their process onto Ledger ERP.
What you'll do
- Run discovery workshops and document the target process
- Configure modules, chart of accounts and approval flows
- Plan and validate data migration from the legacy system
- Train floor staff and finance teams, then support the first close
What we're looking for
- 3+ years implementing ERP or accounting software
- Working knowledge of Indian GST and inventory accounting
- Willing to travel to customer sites roughly one week a month
Nice to have
- Tamil and English fluency
- Exposure to textile, food processing or auto-component manufacturing
