These terms cover your use of BlueKode software, whether you subscribe to a cloud product or hold a perpetual on-premise licence.

Trials. Free trials run for the stated period with full product features. No card is required, and your workspace data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends so nothing is lost while you decide.

On-premise licences. Perpetual licences are issued per counter, store or warehouse as set out in your quotation. Annual maintenance covers updates and support from the second year onward.

Support. Support channels and response targets depend on the plan or maintenance contract in force. Contact info@bluekode.com for the terms attached to your agreement.
